These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of dexysartistrydesigns.com and any purchase you make from Dexy’s Artistry & Designs (“we,” “us,” “our”). By using this site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms.

1. Who We Are and What We Sell

Dexy’s Artistry & Designs is a small independent studio based in Minneapolis, Minnesota. We sell original digital artwork and digital business tools as instant downloads. Nothing on this site is a physical product and nothing is shipped.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or have the consent of a parent or legal guardian, to place an order.

3. Digital Delivery

After a successful payment you receive a secure download link by email and on the order confirmation page. Links are personal to you. If a link fails or expires, contact us and we will re-issue it. Please add our email address to your contacts so delivery messages are not filtered as spam.

4. License to Use Our Files — Personal Use

Unless a product page states otherwise, every purchase includes a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license for personal, non-commercial use. You may:

  • print the files as many times as you like for yourself, your home, or as a gift;
  • print at home or through any print shop or print-on-demand service for your own use;
  • store your copies on your own devices.

You may not:

  • resell, share, gift, sub-license, or redistribute the digital files themselves;
  • sell prints, products, or merchandise made from the artwork;
  • upload the files to any website, marketplace, template library, print-on-demand catalog, file-sharing service, or AI training dataset;
  • claim authorship of the artwork, or edit it and present the result as your own design.

We retain all copyright and all other intellectual property rights in every file, image, and document we sell or display. Commercial licenses may be available; email us to ask.

5. Digital Business Tools

Spreadsheets, planners, and calculators are provided as organizational aids. They are not accounting, legal, tax, or financial advice, and we do not guarantee any business outcome. Verify your own numbers and consult a qualified professional for advice specific to your situation.

6. Prices, Taxes, and Payment

All prices are in United States dollars and may change at any time. Applicable taxes are calculated at checkout. Payments are processed by our payment providers; we never store your full card details.

7. Refunds

Digital purchases are final. Our full policy, including the problems we will always fix free of charge, is in our Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

8. Site Content and Accuracy

We work to keep listings, mockups, and descriptions accurate. Mockups are illustrations of how a print may look and are not included in your download unless stated. Screen colors vary by device and are not a guarantee of printed color.

9. Acceptable Use

You agree not to interfere with the site, attempt unauthorized access, use automated tools to harvest content, or use the site for any unlawful purpose.

10. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability

The site and our products are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind to the fullest extent permitted by law. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability arising out of any purchase is limited to the amount you paid for that purchase.

11. Privacy

Your information is handled as described in our Privacy Policy.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Minnesota, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Hennepin County, Minnesota.

13. Changes

We may update these Terms at any time. The version posted at the time of your order applies to that order.
