Digital Products — All Sales Final

Every item in this shop is an instant digital download. Because files are delivered immediately and cannot be returned, all sales are final and we do not offer refunds, returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order is placed. By completing your purchase you acknowledge that you are buying a digital file, not a physical product, and that no item will be shipped to you.

If Something Goes Wrong, We Will Make It Right

We stand behind every file we sell. Contact us within 30 days of purchase and we will fix the problem at no cost if:

• your download link did not arrive or expired before you could use it;
• a file is corrupted, will not open, or is missing from your package;
• you received the wrong artwork or the wrong set.

We will re-send your files, replace the package, or supply the correct item. In the rare case we cannot deliver a working file, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method.

What Is Not Covered

• Change of mind, accidental purchase, or duplicate purchase after the files have been downloaded.
• Buyer’s printer, paper, ink, or home-print color results. Colors vary between screens and printers; we recommend a professional print service for best results.
• Lack of software to open PDF files, or printing at a size other than the sizes included.
• Sizes, ratios, or formats not listed on the product page. Please read the listing before buying.

Order Problems and Payment Disputes

Please contact us before opening a payment dispute. Nearly every download issue is solved in one email, usually the same day.
